Looking to place a group order and need help? Watch our two, one-minute help videos to learn how!
Here are a few simple tips on placing bulk, group orders through Something Greek:
Select the product you would like to order. If it is a garment, select the sizes you would like, and the quantity will automatically adjust for you!
Once you have six or more of the same products in your cart, then you will be eligible to receive the group order discount savings! (You will be able to see your savings at the top of your cart.) Want to add customization to the order, but everyone has a different name? First select the customization. (We are going to use twill letters on the upper back for this example.) Select the twill letter color and border, if applicable. Where it says, for example, "What Product is this Going On?", input the garment style number.
Next, the product listing will ask, "What is Going on the Garment?" For there, input "See Spreadsheet." (The spreadsheet should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: Order # . The spreadsheet should have a list of all of the names going on the garment with applicable sizes.)
Next, the product listing will require you to input the quantity. All you need to do is add up all of the letters going on all of the garments, and input that total number in the box; this will correctly charge you and not delay your order. This is also applicable to embroidery and any other customization. For embroidery, you would be charged by the line.
