Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

All orders are custom-made per customer, therefore we do not accept returns unless the item(s) ordered is defective or the wrong item(s) is received.
Our orders are examined by at least two production staff members in order to ensure that all item sizes are correct and quantities are accurate. All orders are also inspected for defects before being shipped. claims no responsiblity for any issues with orders that have already been opened or left unattended after delivery. If you have any problems with your order, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-247-3352 within 24 hours of receiving your order during our business hours: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
Please do not send any items back without calling first:
Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Do not alter the item(s) received in any form. After two weeks of receipt of your order, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
